Stephen Brown worked for thirty five years in the film and TV industry, culminating in directing the 2013 feature film THE SEA, based on John Banville's Booker Prize-winning novel of the same name. Since gaining an MSc from Birkbeck, University of London in 2019, he has been working as a BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, in clinical practice with individual adults.
